When we INTEGRATE our psychedelic experiences into our lives & relations,
we move toward growth and transformation with INTEGRITY.

Integration happens through the choice of action that arises as we make meaning of our psychedelic experiences.
Action items can be any step, change or direction that is in line with the wisdom, questions and information we receive in a journey. Our action items can be internal or external, easy or difficult, and be everything from small steps to big projects.

At HeartSong, we take Psychedelic Integration seriously. We have developed a system called “The Seven Realms” that we use to help people truly enact the change they wish to see in their lives, relationships and in the world around us all.

HeartSong NW is currently developing a deck of cards so that anyone, anywhere, can access the Seven Realms system as a way to help make meaning of their peak experiences and develop their own tangible integration action items after a journey.
